General Purpose The Senior Economic Development Specialist assists in developing and implementing business attraction and small business development programs that helps provide a sustainable community with a diversified industry base. Assists the Economic Development Director in implementing the Commerce City Economic Development work plan and maintains strong working relationships with existing businesses; prospective businesses; real estate professionals; other government agencies; and local, regional, and state economic development organizations. Will fill in for the Director at meetings and other business functions as assigned. The hiring range for this position is $61,418 - $76,773 annually.
