Position Description The Economic Development Director performs a variety of administrative, technical, and professional work in the preparation and implementation of the Barrett Community Plan. This full-time position is responsible for working closely with the Precinct 2 staff, Barrett Management District Political Subdivision, MUD 50 Political Subdivision add other community stakeholder groups in promoting the business and economic development interests within the community. This position will include working with all noted departments in providing guidance to individuals and companies to establish, relocate, or expand their businesses within the community.
